No Hassle Return Policy & Term and Conditions
Once Customer checks out from the shopping cart, Customer accept & honor the Return Policy & Term and Conditions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, You may return the items for an exchange or refund as long as the items are in the original condition, (washed and worn items will not be accepted) within 30 days of receiving your purchase. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER GOODS ARE RETURNED TO US AND ARE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION.
Just simply place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package with instruction to proceed with the exchange or refund. If you chosen a refund please clarify the items you would like to exchange.

We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Merchandise must be in original condition ( not worn or washed ). Washed & Worn items will be returned at customer’s expense.
Shoes also must be returned in original condition in the original shoe box. Box also must be in original condition or will be subject to a box fee of $ 10.00. Worn Shoes will not be exchanged or refunded. Let us know to either exchange or credit your charge card. Shipping charges will not be credited.
All monogrammed items cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. Monogrammed items may take up to 10 days or longer before shipping. Refused merchandise will be subject to a 30% restock charge. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS ground, FedEx & USPS. We ship in stock items within 72 hours of processing your order, embroidery will take longer. Shipping times may vary during holiday season, shipping may take additional 2-3 days. Most in stock deliveries will ship between 4 to 12 working days. The delivery depends on shipping distance from our warehouses.
If you are ordering Dickies or Carhartt, these manufacturers take Additional Time to ship. The manufacturers can take an up to 2 WEEKS to ship an in stock item. Have an Item YOU NEED IN A HURRY, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL SO WE CAN LET YOU KNOW THE CURRENT DELIVERY TIME.
For items not in stock, we will issue an approximately shipping date upon order confirmation. We will sometimes drop ship directly from the manufacturer to decrease your delivery time.
When an order is released to the manufacturer's warehouse, we cannot cancel the order, so please call to confirm. If we can cancel the order, we will accomodate your request. Otherwise, no orders will be cancelled after release to the manufacturer's warehouse.
You may receive more than 1 package on different days to complete your order. Sometimes there may be an incomplete order. This may indicate a back ordered product. Do not be alarmed. Email us at customerservice@theuniformconnection.com to locate any incomplete orders.
Defective Merchandise Contact us for a return authorization of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorization. Contact us at sales@theuniformconnection for authorization. Once you receive authorization use same procedures as above also include explanation of defect. We will replace product for same item. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Gift Certificates are a final purchase. No Refunds will be issued for Gift Certificates
Shipping Errors - Customer must notify us with in 30 days of any shipping errors and we will work through how to correct the error.
Samples All samples requested by customers are subject to the same terms and conditions under the our terms and conditions. All samples will be charged at the same rate listed on our web site.
All Returns
Any washed or worn merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned to customer at customers expense. We will charge customers credit card for the return shipping charge.

Delivery We only ship using UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. We provide tracking to all customers upon request. If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to Customer. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by Customer, then Customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery, even in the event the customer did not sign for package. If address provided is a PO Box, The item will be shipped US Mail without tracking. Customer takes full responsibility for delivery. We highly recommend only shipping to a physical address.
Pricing and Promotion
All of our products have a price to sell. There are no products on our site that are free or for sale for zero dollars. On very rare occasions, a product may show a zero (0) $ price. This may be in error of updates on our system. If in the event this occurs and the customer chooses to purchase this product and the invoice reads zero dollars for this product, the customer will be responsible and will be charged with the credit card on file, for the normal price of this product. If they purchased this in error, then they will be able to return for a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve package or will be responsible for the full cost of the items shipped.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment to your address, you will be charged for freight both ways. Refused shipments will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please ship items back to us pre-paid and at the above address, when you refuse the shipment, the carriers charges us for freight both ways. You will also be charge for freight both ways. If you do refuse the shipment our penalty is a 25% restocking fee and freight both ways.
DO NOT SHIP BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER!
If you ship back to the manufacturer, we may never know you returned the items. Most manufacturers charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees will be charged to your account before any credits are issued.
FOR CASH/MONEY ORDER Payment Selection, we will not process your order until payment is received at our offices. Once the payment is received, we will process the order and send out to you.
FOR IN STORE PICKUP Option Selection, we will notify you once your order has arrived and ready for pickup.
