For construction laborers, the hard soles of their shoes give them protection from sharp and heavy objects that can fall on your feet. The medical field considers the rubber-soled men’s workwear shoes, it allows you to run and carry patients in the hospital without the risk of slipping in the mostly tiled floors of the hospital.
