Returns Guidelines
Contact your golf shirt consultant or our golf shirt Customer Service Center by e-mail or telephone for a Return Authorization Number. RANs for defective embroidered golf shirt customization, defective embroidered golf shirt products, and embroidered golf shirt product dissatisfaction should be requested within 10 business days. Embroidered golf shirts must not be soiled, altered or show evidence of wear to be eligible for return. Golf shirt merchandise credit will be issued for most return embroidered golf shirts. In some cases, a 50 percent restocking fee may be assessed. In some cases, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping and handling. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
