Returns Guidelines
Contact your Advertising Specialty Consultant or our advertising specialty Customer Service Center by e-mail or telephone for a Return Authorization Number. RANs for defective advertising specialty apparel products, color or size exchanges and custom advertising specialty product dissatisfaction should be requested within 10 business days. Custom advertising specialty apparel must not be soiled, altered or show evidence of wear to be eligible for return. Advertising specialty merchandise credit will be issued for most returned advertising specialty products. In some cases, a 20 percent restocking fee may be assessed. In some cases, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping and handling. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
