WORX products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials.
If within 6 months a product defect occurs as the result of normal use, WORX will repair the defect or exchange the product.
If after 6 months a product defect occurs as the result of normal use, WORX will issue a fair and reasonable credit that can be applied to the purchase of WORX footwear. The amount will be determined at the dealer’s discretion.
