Chef Uniforms – True Masterpieces In Uniforms
The chef uniforms are one of the most easily identifiable uniforms of the world. No sooner is the word 'chef' mentioned, it conjures up in your mind the image of a person dressed in an immaculately white coat, a distinctive hat, an apron and loose-fitting trousers. Those are the parts that make up chef uniforms all over the world, with minor variations. And these chef uniforms have maintained their identities over several decades.
But the chef uniforms have maintained their identities over the years because each part of the chef uniform has to perform some vital role in the profession of being a chef. That is why, buyers of chef uniforms are strongly advised to check each component of the things they are buying. Quality is highly important. With the uniforms present on our site, you can feel safe, because we maintain all the standards that are required in chef uniforms. The following are some of the points that we look after:-
1. Our chef jackets and coats are made of thick natural fibers like cotton. Cotton, being a porous fabric, allows air to pass through freely so that you will not feel unduly hot in the kitchens. At the same time, the fabrics used are thick, which will protect you from the direct flames. Also, our coats are double-breasted. When, in the course of the day your coat becomes too soiled with stains, all you have to do is to reverse the coat and wear the cleaner side out. Your coat will be as good as newly washed.
2. We have the pristine white chef coats, which are needed to show cleanliness, but if you are working in a jazzier food outlet you can use the colored and printed ones too. The coats have threaded buttons which will last longer than synthetic buttons at hot temperatures.
3. The toque, or the chef's cap, is the most identifiable part of the chef uniforms. We have a range of toques, of varying heights. You can couple them with bandannas, which will prevent sweat from the head from flowing down to the face while working. If you do not want the toques, we also have skull caps that chefs can use.
4. We have a range of aprons. These aprons are for all sizes, and they can be easily put over the coat and tied at the back with the help of strings. If you want, the apron can be customized with the logo of your company.
5. The trousers are very easy fits, and especially designed for chef uniforms. Trousers are available in both drawstring and elastic variations, and you can choose what you prefer more. Even zippered cargo style trousers are available. An interesting feature here is that the trousers are colored dark so that gravy stains (which will inevitably happen in the kitchen) can be easily camouflaged.
6. Chef uniforms are changing. If you do not mind something different, then we might suggest you bib overalls for your chefs. These work as well as the traditional chef uniforms, and are actually easier to put on and work with. There is a vast range of bib overalls from which you can select.
